    PT Maritim Barito Perkasa (”MBP”)

MBP conducts sea/river transport by delivering coal from the loading port in Kelanis, Muara Tuhup and Teluk Timbau in Central Kalimantan, and in Gandus and Lematang in South Sumatra, to the transshipment point in Taboneo, South Kalimantan and Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra, as well as delivering coal directly to the customers’ locations throughout Indonesia.

As at June 2024, MBP’s fleet consisted of 70 barges, 72 tug boats, and three self-propelled barges (SPB) with coal transport capacity of over 771,000 tonnes. MBP also has seven transshipment facilities consisting of four floating cranes (FC) and three floating transfer units (FTU) with the capacity of 222,000 tonnes per day. YTD June 2024, MBP transported 34.6 million tonnes of coal of the Group and PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk, using its own barges and the third-party barges.

    PT Harapan Bahtera Internusa (”HBI”)

HBI conducts sea/river transport to deliver fuel from IBT’s loading port in Pulau Laut to the discharging points in Kelanis and Muara Tuhup. In addition to transporting fuel, HBI also conducts bunkering to the barges in Kelanis. HBI’s fleet consists of three fuel oil transportation barges (FOTB) and three self propelled oil barges (SPOB). YTD June 2024, HBI transported 325 million liters fuel for the Group and PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk.

HBI carries out various shipping administration and management, such as general barge condition survey for all barges that will enter Kelanis loading area, to ensure that the barges are ready to be loaded without the risk of contamination and tug boat services for barge traffic in Kelanis Dedicated Coal Terminal.

    PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal (“IBT”)

IBT provides coal and fuel oil (BBM) handling services at the Pulau Laut terminal. Coal handling services include unloading and loading coal onto ships, temporary storage, and coal blending services. IBT has 8 (eight) stockpile areas with a total port throughput capacity of up to 12 million tonnes a year depending on the type of coal calories. IBT has facilities with features that can help to detect and separate metal contaminants in coal before it is loaded onto ships. IBT also provides fuel handling services which include unloading fuel into four fuel tanks with a storage capacity of 80,000 KL, managing fuel tanks, and loading fuel onto ships via two jetties with a loading capacity of 1.5 million KL per year. In fuel management, IBT also carries out pure diesel blending activities with FAME using in-line blending facilities.
