KPI
KPI was established to run a business related to asset rental and electricity support services, which includes operation and maintenance activities. KPI is building a power plant in the National Strategic Project industrial area of PT Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia (“KIPI”), in Mangkupadi Village, East Tanjung Palas District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, to support the aluminum smelter project developed by PT Kalimantan Aluminum Industry ("KAI").

In 2023, KPI carried out several activities, such as pre-construction phase activities (including land preparation, appointment of contractors for the power plant construction phase) and construction activities (including piling, foundation and fabrication works). In 2024, KPI focuses on continuing to complete the construction of power plant projects.
AMT
AMT operates in the fields of consulting, developing and implementing information technology and started commercial operations at the end of 2022. AMT functions as a holding company by investing in PT Adaro Jasabara Indonesia (AJI) through 99.22% share ownership.
Through AJI, AMT provides consulting services related to exploration and geology activities, mining construction and mining planning services, as well as providing consulting services for non-mining construction in accordance with permits held. AMT also carries out peer review activities to produce technical recommendations related to mining planning and other strategic plans as well as providing development support to increase the capabilities of a business unit. Apart from that, AMT also manages information systems and technology for implementing information systems.
AJI
AJI offers several areas of expertise, including exploration, strategic mining planning and engineering, playing an important role in supporting the management of the companies within the Group by providing recommendations and advice to maximize the benefits of coal resources and reserves, as well as optimizing the development and use of supporting facilities.
In addition to reviewing the long-term mining plans of companies in the Group, in 2023, AJI will also implement various projects such as the rehabilitation of the Kelanis port and improvement projects at AI as well as supporting efforts to increase production and strategic development of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk., MIP, and BCC, which includes additional resource and reserve delineation, improving road quality, port expansion and fuel storage, as well as other engineering support at each location. Furthermore, AJI also carries out building construction business activities as well as related engineering and technical consulting activities.
