KPI
KPI was established to run a business related to asset rental and electricity support services, which includes operation and maintenance activities. KPI is building a power plant in the National Strategic Project industrial area of PT Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia (“KIPI”), in Mangkupadi Village, East Tanjung Palas District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, to support the aluminum smelter project developed by PT Kalimantan Aluminum Industry ("KAI").

In 2023, KPI carried out several activities, such as pre-construction phase activities (including land preparation, appointment of contractors for the power plant construction phase) and construction activities (including piling, foundation and fabrication works). In 2024, KPI focuses on continuing to complete the construction of power plant projects.
AMT
AMT operates in the consulting, development, and implementation of digital transformation and will commence commercial operations by the end of 2023. AMT serves as a holding company, investing in PT Adaro Jasabara Indonesia (AJI) through a 99.22% stake.
AMT's business activities include programming, computer consulting, data processing, data hosting, and related activities such as web portal management and management consulting.
AJI
AJI is a multidisciplinary mining and construction consulting company offering consulting, peer review, and development services in Geology, Mine Strategic Planning, and Engineering & Construction. AJI plays a key role in supporting the management of the Group's companies by providing high-quality services and strategic input and recommendations to maximize the benefits of coal resources and reserves, optimize the development and construction of supporting facilities, support operational and production improvements, and the Group's long-term development. AJI also plays a strategic role in providing information, advice, input, and solutions within AJI's areas of expertise to the Company's Board of Directors.
In addition to reviewing and supporting the development of long-term mining plans for companies within the Group, in 2024, AJI also implemented various projects by providing technical services starting from the study stage, technical engineering to the implementation stage of various mining infrastructure such as the rehabilitation of Kelanis port and continuous improvement projects at PT Adaro Indonesia as well as supporting efforts to increase production and strategic development of PT Mustika Indah Permai, PT Semesta Centramas, PT Laskar Semesta Alam, and PT Paramitha Cipta Sarana, which include resource and reserve calculations, road quality improvements, port expansion, fuel storage and explosives storage warehouses, and other technical engineering support.
